Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
All products purchased from www.luxoriascents.com are eligible for exchange or refund within 7 working days from the delivery date.

In-Store Exchange:
Once the product is brought to the store, our team will inspect it. If it meets our quality standards, the item will be exchanged.

Online Exchange:
Once the returned product is received at our facility, the replacement item will be shipped within 3 working days.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund:

  1. Inform us of your request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only on online payments (Not applicable for Cash on Delivery orders).

  • The refund process will begin after the returned item is received and approved by our quality team.

  • Refunds are not applicable for sale items.

  • Refunds cannot be issued if the product is damaged during return transit.
